Good Faith Estimate Notice
If you’re not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services.You’ll receive a written estimate before starting care or upon request. This helps you understand and plan for the cost of your sessions.

If you receive a bill that’s $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
